All our meals are prepared fresh each week and delivered chilled — never frozen. Each meal has a 3-day shelf life from the date of delivery, so you have flexibility to enjoy them throughout the week. Best consumed by the date printed on the label. Or order split delivery to keep fresh (meals can be frozen apart from salads)

Yes — we cater for a wide range of dietary preferences. Every meal is clearly labelled with dietary information, and you can filter our menu by tags including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and High Protein. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

We currently deliver across the UK mainland. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery is available in your area. We're expanding regularly — if we don't cover your area yet, sign up to be notified when we do.

Orders must be placed by Saturday for delivery the following week. You'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery slot as soon as your order is placed.

Absolutely. There are no subscriptions and no lock-in contracts. You simply order what you need each week. If you don't want a delivery, just don't place an order — there's nothing to cancel. You can also contact our team to pause or manage your account at any time.

Our meals are packaged in food-safe, recyclable containers and delivered. We're committed to reducing plastic — our packaging is fully recyclable, and we're continuously working to improve our environmental footprint.
