1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Purchases and Payment

We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Stripe in addition to these Terms. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to store and process your information with the third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor.

4. Meal Plans and Delivery

Our meal plans are available for purchase on a weekly basis. Each order is a one-time purchase for the upcoming delivery week and does not automatically renew. You will need to place a new order each week to receive meals. While we strive to deliver your meals within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Dietary Information and Allergies

It is your responsibility to provide accurate dietary information, including any allergies. While we take precautions to handle food safely, we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from allergens. Please review the ingredient list for each meal carefully. Nutrapreps is not liable for any adverse reactions to food consumed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nutrapreps and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nutrapreps.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nutrapreps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
